We stayed at this hotel for one night when visiting a friend in San Francisco. We were traveling with our 1 year old son. We had a two room suite, which had a bedroom area, kitchenette and living area. It was so nice to put the pack n play in a different room as us when it was his bedtime.... more

The hotel grounds are kept very nice. The rooms could use a remodel including more confortable beds. Most of the staff is very friendly and provided great service, ie providing information, bringing extra pillows, providing extra towels for pool, and fixing a squeeky bathroom door. This was the first time we had stayed at a 'suite' hotel and we were delighted to find we had a good sized separate bedroom, bathroom and a lounge/kitchenette.
