Stayed overnight after arrival SFO. Available rates very good. Not as noisy as may have been; room was spacious but a few bad design features e.g. bed head lighting needs doorway light to be switched on. Staff very helpful and friendly, minor problem in room instantly fixed even in late evening. Usual H.Inn Express weak spots - breakfast room not... more

When I book a hotel, my number one concern is cleanliness. This hotel passed with flying colors. Also, the hotel staff was very accomodating and answered all of our questions. It is close to the airport and 30 minutes to downtown. I would recommend to drive downtown and park in the city. We took BART and it cost us just... more

We had a great stay at this hotel...the staff was friendly and provided us with directions to the nearest food and shopping areas...had a Great Breakfast before we started our day..and the rooms were very clean...will definately go back next time! more

We arrived late intending to do park, sleep 'n fly. Somehow I screwed up and booked my ticket for the following night. I ave been at the hotel for 2 nights. The room was good and wide enough. Good breakfast althogh the limited choice and the position near the airport is fine. My room was just above a container deposit...outside. Nice hotel and helpful staff. Be back again more

A great place to stay . Rooms are big , clean and fully equipped. Staff friendly and professional. A delicious free breakfast bar to enjoy before boarding the free airport shuttle. more

I'll be looking for someplace else to stay in SSFO next time. I've stayed here before and actually had fairly good experiences, but either I got the worst of it this time, or they've just gotten cheaper. The personnel are nice, and try very hard. The owner/operator is likely the source of the problems I experienced in this week's stay.... more
