The Holiday Inn brand has gone downhill over the last few years. You can't depend on what you'll get. This hotel is way overpriced. The sort of place you'd expect truckers to use on their routes. Allow me to sum this up: I was insulted by the management repeatedly. They didn't seem to have answers for my questions nor did they show care for my concerns (about little things like a functioning bathroom).
