This hotel is great for the price. It was clean. The room were nice and big. The breakfast area is small and breakfast was nice. They had toast, bagels, muffins and they have two hot dish everyday. One kind of Fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee, juice, milk etc. The front desk people are great and very friendly. The only negative side... more

We initially booked a week at the Best Western Cypress Inn for our Disneyland vacation and enjoyed our stay so much, we went back the following week and stayed a few more nights since we were still in the area. The hotel and rooms are clean. The staff is very cordial and friendly. The free hot breakfast is decent and... more

The Best Western Cypress Inn is a great place to stay at if you plan to visit Disneyland. Disneyland is basically on the same street as Best Western (Katella). It is a 15 minute drive south on Katella. The hotel is clean. However, we noticed tha the carpets were a bit dated and stained in our room. Nevertheless the daily... more

We arrived late between 12pm-1am. The person checking us in was a little rude. We had a king suite, although we requested 2 queens. It initially seemed ok when we checked into the room. Clean. In the morning the counters were swarming with ants. I went to the front desk, they took care of the issue. We continued to see... more

My family just arrived back from a stay here. It was a decent hotel for the price. We did have an issue with our room key more than once, arriving at out room late in the evening and it not working. Our last day there we started noticing some ants in the bathroom =/ The pool is very small. It... more

This hotel is in a great location in Stanton, California. We were traveling back and forth to Long Beach and the logistics of this hotel was perfect, just between L.A. and Long Beach. We didn't want a hotel that was going to give us a long drive from LAX and we wanted to be closer to our daily commute, Long... more

We reserved a 2 queen size bedroom. Room is quite big, clean hotel and well maintained. Continental breakfast is good. Nothing special; plentiful for a start of day before going to Disneyland. Having taken a one year old baby, I must say the breakfast room lacks high chairs. There is only one. Good location, just 5 miles of Disneyland. Just... more

We are frequent Disneyland visitors and are tired of Anaheim's steep prices with not much to offer. This hotel (which is about a 10 minute drive from Disneyland) offered what we were looking for. *Reasonable rate (about $100) *Complimentary breakfast in morning (bagels, cereal, fruit, eggs, french toast sticks) *Good-sized room *Did not feel dirty or sub-par like some of... more

The best part of this hotel was that my dog could stay here. It is smaller then some of the nearby hotels. The rooms are clean. I liked the glass cups and mugs. It was quite. The breakfast was pretty standard. more

The best part of our stay was dinner at Baxter's. The food was fabulous and the price was very reasonable. There's an expensive restaurant at the hotel, but I doubt the food was any better than in Baxter's, at pool level. The hotel was undergoing some remodeling while we were there, so the morning noise wouldn't let anyone sleep in.... more
