We decided to stay at the Pepper Tree Inn since we were there last year. We didn't know that there were different beds in the rooms. The PTI is well maintained, in a great location, and provided a good value for the price. There are many restaurants, formal dining, casual, fast food, ice cream/coffee shops all only steps away. Stayed 1 night. Booked 2 rooms on 7th floor - fantastic views of the lake. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Our rooms were a good size. Free WiFi. Friendly & helpful reception. I agree with those posters who say the staff is rude. We had an issue with the phones and it was not pleasant dealing with them.
