Absolute quintessential Tahoe wintertime B&B. Stayed here in January+March 2007 and fell in love with this place. This little gem of a place we booked fairly last minute, but were lucky to do so as a lot of their guests unsurprisingly keep coming back and book well in advance. I highly recommend a stay at the Chaney House on your next visit to Lake Tahoe. The stone house is stunning and the rooms lovely. The innkeepers are very warm & friendly and sunning on their private dock is a must if you are visiting before the snows come. more
