I must say that they should probably clean house with the management. They do not know what they are doing, especially in the food and beverage department. The food and beverage manager is so unprofessional, and was the laziest manager I have ever seen. He does not help out his employees, and he is rude to the guests. Not to... more

I stay here for business in the area. It's a good hotel. The breakfast is better than the others in the area, and the free wine and drinks in the evening is a nice way to end the day. It must have been another brand before Embassy took it over. The hotel, as others have said, is not your typical... more

As others have said, this is not your typical Embassy Suites. There is no large atrium and the guest rooms are on the small side. Saying that, given the physical contraints, this is not a bad place. Location is convenient; right off I-15 with restaurants, Target and a Von's supermarket within walking distance. The property was clean and well maintained.... more

Just stayed at this embassy suites for two nights over the Labor Day weekend while visiting the wineries in Temecula. I was totally shocked by how great the service was. I travel non stop for my work ( about thirty weekends a year) and the service here was second to none. When my wife and I checked in we noticed... more

I had a surprisingly good time at this hotel. "Suite" was small as mentioned, but adequate for 3 if you get along. Pool area was really great. Fitness room fine. Breakfast good. Lobby area was nice. Staff were extremely nice. We did have a lot of trouble with our room key cards. We would recommend this hotel, but it is... more

It was a little get away for the 4th of July from San Diego. The 2 room suite was small and the sofa bed had a thin mattress for my 13 old . The AC in the room was not cooling the rooms. Maintenance charged the AC but that did not really cool the rooms, 2 fans were offer. The... more

Very small hotel. Not the Embassy Suites most of us think of. No large eating area for breakfast. No views from Hotel. more

From what we were told during our initial tour of this property, the Embassy Suites purchased this property, remodeled and renamed it in the last 3-4 years. They charge the same rates that I find reasonable for a true Embassy Suites property, but in this case, your money is better spent at the new Hampton Inn down the street. If... more

I had read the reviews on the this hotel and was a little worried about staying there. I was pleasantly surprised. Ok, the fan is a little loud but not that bad. The breakfast area was a little small for an Embassy Suites, and maybe not as nice but fine. The pool was clean and warm enough for the kids... more

I am a Hilton Diamond member and booked this hotel because we were attending a wedding at a winery in Temecula. Our two college age sons were joining us for the wedding, so we booked Embassy Suites because we frequently stay in Embassy Suites when we travel. What a shock we had when we opened the door to our room... more
