Room was okay although the door was very hard to open. The worst part was the front desk clerk partied in the lobby with men and a young girl (I thought this extrememly inappropriate as the girl looked under 18). I was appalled. Would never return. How could management allow such goings on I have no clue. more

We returned to this motel after staying there this summer. We were very pleased with our stay. They provided a clean room at a reasonable price. The front desk people were all very helpful. The breakfast buffet was good for the price of the room. The Internet worked well. We will return if we go back to Tracy. more

Did not give us room we reserved and later said if we want that room we must pay extra.Found many cockroaches in fridge-micro area. Location next to noisy freeway and freight train. There is no "luxury" at this Best western. Don't get taken like we were... avoid this place! more
