We decided to go up to Boreal to ski and found the HIE in the area. With a wife and two kids(8/10), the one advantage is that they usually take 4 to a room. A good stay for the night, with the room pretty clean, and a good size. Nothing great, but also nothing bad, so I think this place would be a good stay if you were going to Tahoe and did not mind a little drive down to the lake, or the mountains. more
