This was our first time staying at the hotel, having first visited the casino about three years ago. Most casino-hotels we have stayed at in the past have signs placed overhead giving directions to the hotel registration desk. Not so at this establishment. Even though the casino is not that large, there is no reason why one should have to... More

I read a review on here entitled, "Surprise!" and this casino really is. My husband and I had heard all the advertising on TV and there were also coupons in the newspaper declaring this the best lobster buffet, so we decided to check it out. They are correct. In fact, it is the best buffet we have ever had. Period.... More

They have added more gaming tables but this has crowed effect on the dance floor and bar area The atmosphere as you walk in has a dark and dirty feeling, very crowed( Even on Sunday) The room was average . Currently a lot of construction outside which made it loud and hard to sleep Word of warning they have a... More

We arrived on a Monday on the way to San Diego, yes they have free valet parking how nice was that instead of finding your own parking, which is also free! Check in was friendly and helpfully, informed you of the free breakfast in the morning ,didn't mention that coffee was also complimentary, large rooms very nicely appointed ,very clean,huge... More

My husband and I were traveling home (Ventura County) from San Diego, and decided to stop over at Valley View. The casino was a little smoky from cigarettes, and we had to walk all the way through the casino to get to the hotel check in desk. They definitely need another entrance for the hotel. They did offer a free... More

Stayed here for the first time for a quick weekend getaway January 12, 2013. Check-in was very easy and being first time guests the lady at the front desk mentioned she wanted to give us a nice room with a view. Our room overlooked the infinity pool and mountains. Floor to ceiling window, large sleeping area with a sitting area... More

We drove 50 miles with a promise of a free lobster buffet with a players club. We arrived at 5:15 pm and found out they were sold out. Who sells out of a buffet dinner by 5:15 pm? Its a deceptive offer and for shame on Valley View. Is that the only way you can get people to your casino?... More

I stayed at the Valley view hotel casino with my wife for two nights on Dec 27-28, 2012 in room 511. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable with a great view of the mountains. You have to walk through a pretty smokey area to get to the rooms every time you enter/leave, but it is not a long walk... More

With all the radio advertisements about the free lobster buffet we had to see it for ourseleves. The hotel is located about 15 miles off the 15 freeway. The road from the freeway is a two lane winding roadway through farm like counrty. Very inconvenient. The hotel was nice but not as well desighned as the Agua Caliente Casino hotel... More
