I called to cancel a reservation and the phones were not working properly. I sent an email and a representative contacted me over the phone and assisted me with the problem. They did not charge me despite being past the cancellation policy. Very nice more

I spend one week each month in Victorville on business. I have found that theis location is very convenient to my business, shopping and freeway access. The rooms have been quiet, clean, competitively priced and comfortable for me. Management has been very hepful to me on special requests. I plan future visists to this location. more

Rooms were clean with a lot of amenities considering the price. There was TV, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator in the room along with free Wi-Fi.
