I have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times as I go to the area often for businss. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A very nice hotel indeed, and a great place to spend a couple of relaxing days. Windsor has developed a very nice green area, which is comfortable walking distance to the hotel. We actually canceled our stay here until I realized that we would be charged b/c I hadn't canceled within the proper timeframe. After gettting that situation cleared up, all was well. I stayed here while visiting family. It was very clean, but an average hotel. Staff had the right attitude to make my stay enjoyable though. I would recommend it to a friend, if looking just for a place to stay overnight or for a few days. Not ideal for business travelers. more

This hotel was fine for our purposes, a clean fairly new hotel for a family to sleep overnight. We did not use any amenities, but the hotel is pretty new, and was very clean. Windsor is a nice town for a stay in Sonoma county. more
