We were driving past at about 10:00 p.m. last night and saw the sign from the highway. This was a terrible experience..dirty rooms, unflushed dirty toilet, used tissue on the floor, heater that overheated and set off smoke detector, pillows without cases all of this in the first room. The exchange room smelled of stale smoke (nonsmoking room) and when we requested a fefund we were informed that there would be absolutely no refund...motel policy. They have... more
