We had originally booked two, double queen bed rooms for our party of 6. After seeing that it would be a little cramped and that our rooms couldn't adjoin, we asked about upgrading to a suite. The front desk staff were able to upgrade us to a suite that adjoined to a double queen room. This was the perfect setup... more

Rates were good (even got an extra discount) but everything is very outdated. Worse thing is that it's not clean and it's clear that management will not spend a penny on improving the place. Pillows were so dirty that we slept without them and our back did hurt the next day of the wore out mattress.. Because a good and... more

we stayed at the Broker for 2 nights over Labor day for the CU football game. The price was right, but the rooms were very average at best. Service was average. If you are looking for someplace cheap, but don't plan on spending much time at all in your room (and why would you in Boulder?!?!?!) then this place is... more

The hotel was serviceable--run down but inexpensive. However, we had an item left behind, found (we were amazed) and then subsequently stolen by an employee who lied and told us it had been mailed to us (after taking our credit card information to "pay" for the mailing costs). The manager lied, too, accepting responsiblity, promising to send a check for... more

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The price was amazing which left more spending money for shopping on Pearl street! The hotel is located in a nice (safe) area with many places to eat within walking distance. The staff were polite and efficient. The free breakfast could be better but once again, it's free. The hot tub and pool... more

I requested a renovated room. I'd hate to see what it looked like before the renovation, because it had old ceilings, some unused and old furnishings in the room,.etc. The room was dusty. The dining room was closed for renovations so we ate the breakfast (which was okay) in the dark bar. The lobby's internet connection never worked . The... more

Great place to stay while visiting Boulder and/or the Front Range. Location offers everything from fishing, hiking to beautiful senic views (Near the University of Colorado). The hospitality was great, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel is elegantly stylish with a great atmosphere and a view of the the Flatiron mountains. more

Upon arrival you already know what you're going to get. A creepy, crickety, old hotel with few actual comforts. The staff were friendly enough, but that's about as far as praise can go. The continental breakfast, which barely existed, was poor poor poor. The room was drafty and could not be heated without being overly heated. The room was dim... more

We had done some web searching prior to arriving in Boulder. Rooms were few and our plans were open so we decided to find a room when we got there. We had seen the Broker Inn on the web and I must say their website is much better than the actual property. Anyway, we booked our room. In our case,... more
