We booked our condo through summitvacations.com (formerly hocksnest.com). Our unit was on the first floor facing the parking area (Tyra Chalet 128). The unit was clean, the carpet was new, and the furniture seemed new as well. The place was much larger than we expected. It had everything we needed for cooking, so we hit up the Safeway in Frisco and spent most of our evenings at the condo. You can see the snowflake chair lift from the living room. On one of the very snowy days we skied right to our porch. On the not so snowy days we had to take our skis off and walk about 30 feet across the parking lot to our unit. We were quite impressed with the location.

All in all my wife and I loved it and we would happily rent the same unit again, however no place is perfect. The heating system was either water or steam based and the pipes made a lot of noise when heating up. This bothered the other couple while they were sleeping, my wife and I slept through it no problem. more
