When we booked our trip we were told that One Breckenridge Place was "less than a football field" from the ski lift. This is correct only if you can fly. While it is fairly close, you still have quite a walk. The only other issue we had was that the townhome is tri-level. The heating was such that people on the top level were burning hot and the people on the bottom level were freezing. They should have a better regulator on the heat. Otherwise it was a nice, clean place.
