Characterful, spotlessly clean & comfortable room with great attention to detail throughout the property. For example: slippers with non-slip soles provided for use inside the house and flip-flops & robes provided for going to & from the hot-tub. Excellent imaginative breakfasts. Probably the best Bed and Breakfast experience we have had! Not only was the property beautiful, and perfectly placed within walking distance to virtually everything, but the inn keepers were amazing. Fred was one of the nicest people we've come across as far as an owner of a B&B. He was extremely nice, informative, and accommodating. Not to mention that... more

The Barn B&B was quite nice. We stayed in room #3, which is a corner room and has windows on two sides. The Blue River is 30 feet from your porch and the sound of the water rushing makes a very nice backdrop. Beyond the river is the Breckenridge bus center, not the greatest view.
