My husband and I searched the internet at length before deciding on the Lodge. We saw some negative reviews and some were more positive. We loved it!! It had a wonderful view, the room was very comfortable, we had a fireplace, it was quite peaceful, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. more

I stayed for one night to get ready for a hiking trip early next day and was very happy. Yes, the walls are not really soundproof, but this did not disturb me. more

I sort of love this hotel. It sits high on a mountaintop in a forest overlooking the Breckenridge area. The views are terrific. It is very old and its style seems to be the old ski-lodge style with a little bit of "national Park lodge style." However, the problem is that it does not seem to be that well kept... more

The property shows it's age, but our room was decent and clean and certainly all we needed. The hot tubs on the deck outside were a nice amenity and well-maintained. Would recommend for those who are looking for something basic and clean. The views from the hotel were a nice bonus as well. more
