I booked through Expedia (and later found out the manager of the hotel would've matched the rate) and got an "executive suite." It had a refrigerator, microwave, and a lovely large sitting room. Our experience at the Best Western Inn and Suites of Castle Rock was wonderful from the minute we entered the lobby. We were treated to a room with a mountain view without even asking. Great hotel. Clean, friendly, nice indoor pool, good morning breakfast, ... Directly between Denver and Colorado Springs, so if you're visiting both cities, this is a perfect place to stay. If not, it's out of the way. more

I was impressed with the help I received when asking questions about the city. It's not often that hotel staff is so accommodating and friendly. It means a lot when time is of the essence.
