The Alikar is no resort. It is an apartment complex and has few of the amenities of even a basic motel. There is no housekeeping, and you have to fight even to get clean towels. This "Resort" is actually a run-down, decrepid apartment complex in a bad part of town. It's dirty, smelly and downright nasty. Their "full kitchen" had a food covered microwave, broken coffee maker, rusty pots and pans and circa 1960 refrigerator. Furniture was "stained" and rooms were tiny.
