No complaints about the hotel. Decent rooms, courteous staff, nice lobby, good location (was there for business), etc. only suggestion is to stay on lower floor in winter. Temp on high floor is 20 degrees (estimate) higher than lobby. More

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the last year. It is an expensive place. They charge for wifi - for each device - not a competitive approach to business these days. With some "negotiation" they waived that fee as my wife and I each have wireless devices we use. The maintenance of this hotel is beginning to... More

This is an outstanding hotel. The staff welcomed us at check in, the rooms were clean, the bedding was very nice and comfy. The continental breakfast was wonderful with made-to-order omelettes, pancakes (with blueberries or chocolate chips available) and the rest of the usual stuff. Room service was prompt and fresh. The atrium and fireplace just off the lobby give... More

Ten thumbs up! I was treated so well, that it put 5 star hotels overseas to shame. Complimentary breakfast...Excellent. Managers reception...Excellent. Stop by and see Vivian and Joe at the Polo Club, they will do you right. Beds and pillows...Excellent. I am going back in the summer to visit my brother and I will most definatly stay at the Embassy... More

My son and his family live in Colorado Springs and my wife and myself wanted to visit with them before the holidays. This visit was very enjoyable and the staff were great. I stay in Hilton Hotels over 100 nights a year and this was an excellent stay. More

I normally support the Hilton Family Hotels. This recent stay at the Embassy Suites was an average stay. Embassy is know for their order to cook breakfast and evening cocktails with snacks. These were the worst snacks I've seen in a very long time. More

My youngest daughter and her family were traveling through southern Colorado, and Colorado Springs seemed the most convient place for us to meet. (My husband and I live west of Denver). I choose the Embassy Suites because with a one year old and a three year old, we needed to be able to put kids to bed in "another room."... More

I used Hilton Honors points for several days at this property in July, 2011 to treat my wife to the PGA Women's Open. This property was the most tired ES at which I have stayed. There was a major leak in the atrium that was causing paint to peel off of the ceiling and walls on the 4th floor that... More

We spent a couple of nights at this location during the winter, and it was a great break from the hectic lifestyle we have. It's not the rooms, nor the service, but the breakfast buffet. And not the food, but the cooks that ran the buffet. They were "old school", never using pencil or paper to take orders, and keeping... More

Our breakfast staff is simply amazing. I say this because, we get many comments on how great the service is that they provide, and the food helps too. We make sure they hear all comments like these as they encourage and motivate our staff to keep up the good work and service. Thank you for your time and words. More

We were there recently with a large group. The rooms and common areas quite a bit of wear; it's probably time to re-do, especially the mattresses and cracked ceilings. But it's a great value; you can't beat the size of the room for the price. I didn't stand in line for the special eggs in the morning - they had... More
