I checked in on may 12th for two days the front desk on duty was very friendly she give me directions to find the closes restaurant . the room I stay was 113 really clean housekeeper do a nice job. The continental breakfast it wasn't that bad. two types of cereal,fresh coffe, and we make are own waffles . But... More

Upside : the room was clean and large and Internet worked well. Downside : Tv remote did not work Bathroom door broken Toilet tissue holder broken Burn holes in bedding A/C was so loud and noisy we had to turn it off to sleep. We booked a room with an inroom hot tub and it was just a bathtub with 4 jets. No coffee maker, no phone cord, bottom floor had water damage

Thank you for sharing your experince during your stay. I am sorry to hear that your stay was not satisfactory. I am glad that you found the room and the bed to be comfortable. Our hallway ,and stairs carpet was replaced last year and also doing other renovation. Again thank you for the review. More
