I wish I could give this hotel a nice rreview, but the manager was less than accommodating. It was to be a family reunion and my brother who lives in Nebraska could not arrive the first two nights due to the Interstate being closed. The manager say confirmations were non-refundable no matter what. After much discussion she did allow him to cancel the first night. The next day the Interstate still wasn't open so he would need to cancel that night also. She said he would need to cancel the next two nights as well as she couldn't hold the room for him. My sister and brother-in-law and I thought perhaps we might travel to Denver which is closer to him and would give us more time together. Nope! manager said we could leave but we would be charged for the rooms. Remember this was the blizzard of all times in the area and something we couldn't help.
