I needed a place to stay for a week of meetings and conventions and Brooks Tower was PERFECT! I used to stay in cramped hotels but I had a huge, beautifully decorated 1 bedroom apartment with a wonderful balcony looking over all the action of Downtown. No more hotels for me. This is more of a "vacation by owner" place. Beautiful views and rooms, amenities and lovely setting. Owner was very accommodating, friendly and easy to work with. Price was more than right (cheaper than most hotels in the area), and you get a full kitchen, bath a living space as well as spacious and comfortable bedroom. Awesome home theater system... more

fantasitc location within walking distance to everything Downtown Denver has to offer. We were able to walk everywhere. Lodo, Coors Field, Broncos and 16th street mall. This condo/hotel is in the very best location in downtown Denver with easy access to dining, performing arts, museums, shopping, and public transportation. The one bedroom condo was perfect........nicely furnished and very clean. Much more comfortable and affordable than big name hotels. We'll be back! more

Stayed in Unit 29C for a week. The unit was nicely appointed with above average finishes and fixtures. Location was perfect, just a block from the 16th Street Mall. The best thing about this 27th floor studio apartment was the view: I had arrived at night and only in the morning did I realize the fantastic view of the Rockies.
