I have business to conduct in that area several times a year. I have been inside the 11th Avenue Hotel recently and the environment is much improved in the last 6 months. If someone is looking for an inexpensive place to stay that is in the middle of it all. This is it. This is a no frills place that delivers. Budget 1/4 star semi residential hotel. The only really bad I can say is at the time I visited the hotel the manager would not rent to a same sex couple. This may have changed with new management on this side of the Milenieum. more
