Perfectly clean. Some new bath renovations, but mostly older. Bed was comfortable and service was excellent. Window AC unit, but it worked phenomenally. Extra desk space was added bonus. This is a belated review, but it seemed important to say that this is a really nice little independent motel: clean, well-run, with friendly staff. Much preferable to the expensive chains also available in the area!
