The property is really nice but the staff is a joke. When I tried checking one girl was on a cell phone and the other girl gossiping in the back. They were rude and didn’t even listen when I requested a specific room type. I usually relay on the front desk to help me locate a great restaurant. All they would mention was the restaurant across the street call Sporting News. I ask for a nice Asian restaurant. Every staff member I encountered was just rude from the way they handled other people and myself. One girl was laughing at a guest because she was upset over a issue in her room So I decided to check out and try the other Holiday Inn across the way. But they are owned by the same person a little better but not that great. I gave up and went to the Marriot on Gateway. more
