The first room they gave us had no heat and it was about 30 outside. The second room was warm but had cobwebs and dirt everywhere. The beds were worn and uncomfortable. The absolute nastiest place I have ever stayed in. First room we were given was already occupied...walked in and there was trash everywhere and a horrible stench. The place is old and worn, but considering the price (under $50), and location (a quick $10 cab ride to the convention center), I was very pleased. The rooms are very old, but clean and comfortable.
