We have been in this hotel at the end of our american vacation.. The hotel was located in a very good position, just 10 minutes from the central area of Denver.. The boy at the reception was very helpful and patient with me and my thousand questions... It was really clear that he liked his job... We had the breakfast... more

The hotel is definitely a little on the old side, but when traveling I'm rarely in the room anyway. The front desk staff were very friendly. It's located only about 4 miles from the 16th St Mall area where there is great shopping and dining, and they will shuttle you down there, and Coors Field is down there also if... more

This hotel is pretty typical for a low-cost hotel chain. The room was fine and clean, customer service was decent, food was so-so. But the really annoying thing is that the restaurant, Teddy's, turns into this nightclub scene at night. I saw the sign for it when I checked in on Friday, but I didn't think anyone would really want... more

September 29, 2007 I just returned from a quick trip to Denver and was a little apprehensive about staying at a hotel that wasn't rated very highly on a travel website I saw. However, the staff was very friendly, the room was neat, clean and spacious, and I enjoyed the "bed and breakfast" special whereby I received a $10 coupon... more

I don't remember it being this bad when we stayed there 3 years ago, but this time it was definitely substandard. Requests are treated with indifference; when we sat down in the restaurant, a waitress came over and took our order and disappeared. A half hour later, we were watching food being served to a gentleman who had walked in... more

We were worried about staying here after reading the review about bed bugs, but by that stage our reservation was akready made. However, we had the complete opposite experience at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, giving directions and helpful tips. Our room was on the third floor and was quite large and clean. There is... more

We arrived after midnight with tired children, and just wanting to turn in for the night. Even though we had booked our reservations more than one week prior to our visit, and as priority club members, the front desk clerk did not have our registration cards ready. When he finally got keys for us (about 25 minutes later), I noticed... more

When you walk into the lobby of this hotel, you think, "hey this is pretty nice," as it is decorated very well. The hotel rooms themselves are average at best, everything just seems old. The location is terrible (overlooks I-25) and is in an industrial area of town. The restaurant/bar is dark and depressing (at least they have one, I... more

We occasionally visit the Denver area and always stay with the Holiday Inn Denver North (now called Holiday Inn Denver Central). THe staff is always courteous and consistant. My room is always clean and fresh. The sales and banquet staff are outstanding! They seem to anticipate my needs before I even know them. They are at a great location (I-25... more

Stayed in Murphy Suite. Hot water in shower was often not hot. Phone for outside calls in King Room did not work. Room service was over an hour all 3 times during 4 day stay and they could never give you status on orders when you called. Room service staff member was rude on one occasion during Valentine night and... more
