Wow, our room on the 10th floor was fresh and chic. The lights in themselves are worth the overnight stay (nightlight,closet, etc.) New concept "front desk" worked for us, and check in and information were smooth as could be. We'll stay here again. The hotel itself was beautiful but when I checked in the associate that helped me was not friendly, and every encounter with one of their team members after that was the same, the only positive customer service encounters that we had during our visit was with the valet workers.

We only spent two nights in this hotel and although going under renovations it didn't impact our stay at all. The room was nice and hotel was in a good location. We used the option to upgrade to the club room which had a nice breakfast as well as evening snacks.

I stayed here just as the hotel was finishing a multi-million renovation so it wasn't quite ready for a review. But my room was excellent. Roomy, comfortable, even stylish. The gym is terrific. We stayed in a newly renovated room. I was very impressed with the decor and amenities like automatic floor lights. I could see a glimpse of the mountains threw the other high rises downtown. The hotel was a close walk to lots of shopping, bars and resturants. The valet parking was a little high and only hotel sponsored option.

We booked this room on Priceline as a last minute deal. When we got here we were told that the hotel was booked solid.
