My boyfriend and I stayed two nights and contemplated staying a third. We booked for an excellent rate ($64 a night) on Priceline and the Hyatt was just what we needed. First off, everyone working at the hotel is incredibly friendly (from the people at the front desk, to those working in the coffee shop, to the people working at... more

Conference centered pic, and discount coordinated by others, this place was just about right. Check-in was a problem, as the 'reserved' room was not ready and I needed to change into my professional wear. The place was at least quiet, altho one of the window handles was broken and didnt close completely. The view was of a garage roof next... more

We stayed in corner king room number 1825 June 20 thru 22. The room was modern, comfortably large and everything worked. The bathroom is a bit on the small side but well appointed. Both room and bath were very clean. The beds and linens are of good quality. My biggest complaint with the room is that the LG flat screen... more

The Grand Hyatt is a great hotel for smaller conferences and business trips. I attended the Law and Society Association meetings held there. First, the staff was wonderful. They did an excellent job hosting the conference and did a great job with overall service. The concierge drew a great map for me when I said I wanted a long walk... more

The "wow" factor with this hotel starts in the enormous lobby. It continues into the numerous elevators and up into your room. Ours was fairly spacious, the bathroom especially so, and the bedding was very nice. There were down pillows which I think I'm allergic to, but other than that, it was great. We had a nice view of the... more

The service is extremely good. Seemed to be that way throughout the hotel. My room was much more noisy than I expected. There's nothing to stop the room doors from slamming shut. The result is that it's hard to go a half hour without hearing a door slam (at least during my stay). This is made especially annoying by the... more

Great location. Friendly staff. Convenient valet parking. Only sink in room is next to toilet (plan on being interrupted). We picked this hotel because of it's location and because it had a nice looking pool for the kids. We stayed 4 nights and really had a lot of fun. We swam 3 out of the 4 days there. On the... more

Got via Hotwire for around $100 so not too bad value. Once upon a time it would have been a fancy place, now it is somewhat faded and in need of a revamp. But the location is good and the rooms a good size. Shame about the internet charge, but you can sometimes find it free in the Lobby. Do... more

We stayed there at the end of a ski trip and really should have stayed there at the beginning or longer. Close to 16th Street, dining and entertainment disctrict. Great staff and amenities (especially the Grand Club). The Grand Club is worth the upgrade and was an impressive addition to the trip. The service, food quality and convenience were better... more

Stayed overnight while on business near the holidays. The hotel was beautifully decorated, the room was clean and very comfortable, but most importantly, the staff was consistently welcoming and friendly. From the valet to the front desk to the sales staff, everyone was dressed in smiles. It's lonely to travel near the holidays so their warmth and smiles were particularly... more
