The Burnsley is an unattractive-looking apartment building. Our suite was obviously somebody's 1970's apartment. We appreciated having a lot of space but the "suite" was quite run-down - spots on the rug, chipped furniture, etc. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was a little noisy. The happy hour down at the bar was sad. We were the only ones there. more

We were upgraded to a larger suite, that had a small view of the mountains. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The suite was large and comfortable and would be great for a longer stay. The free parking was a plus. We thought this was a good deal and would stay there again. more

We stayed at the Burnsley to attend a friend's party in Denver. It was the closest to the party, within walking distance. It is a nice-looking hotel with an impressive lobby and lounge. I have stayed at the Burnsley four times. It is a great affordable option for government travelers. It is just a few blocks from the Capitol. The staff is the nicest I have ever encountered at any hotel and I travel a lot and stay in lots of hotels. They have a very convenient shuttle with a very nice driver.... more
