Was very impessed with this hotel. Staff was helpful and rooms were very nice. would definately go stay there again. Only thing i didn't like verious other starwood properties such as the downtown Sheraton was that at the Sheraton you had a free breakfast and the Westin didn't. Other then that it was great. more

This hotel is comfortable and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and don't have that '25,000 people slept here before me' feel to them. I found the employees helpful and courteous, bartender was great. Usually stay at the Sheraton but this made a pleasant change. Good value. more

Enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Westin...even though the fire alarm went off during the night and the staff seemed disorganized. Room & bath, nicely appointed. Weather was nice while we were there, so really enjoyed the pool area. Also appreciated that the windows opened in the Room. You don't see that much now. Very convenient to Pedestrian area... more

Perfect location. Stayed for the Cubs series, this was the Cubs hotel, so there was the added plus of seeing them milling around off hours. Room was very comfortable. more
