I greatly apologize for the issues you had with the front desk and shuttles. Our shuttles occasionally do get booked up at certain times depending on if there are cancelled flights or bad weather. This is something that we are looking into and can assure you that this issue will be resolved in the near future.

fine place to stay the night and catch a flight. all staff friendly, breakfast just fine. got a great park and fly deal...free shuttle to airport, safe parking and so on. very close to DIA.

Tower road is the closest to the airport. Checked in and checked in for early morning flight on computer in lobby. Room was fine. Price was great for a short night before flight home.

Good location and easy to locate from airport as you do not have the hassle of going into Denver on your first night with rental car.
Several hotels in the same location, Sports bar and dinner open to public in ajoining hotel and other places to dine.

The best thing this hotel has is, it's close to the airport. The carpet in the hallway was damaged. Our room was okay....the toilet was hard to flush, the towel bar was coming out of the wall. With a little TLC, this place could be really nice.
