We just got back from a Family Reunion the first week of July. Besides the perfect mountain weather (mid 40s to mid 70s and plenty of sunshine), this location was hard to beat.

This upscale home was located in the gated community of Arrowhead, within 5-10 minutes of Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch. The owner had advertised eight bedrooms which can comfortably sleep up to 28. Truthfully, there were only 6 true bedrooms, but it probably could sleep up to 28 comfortably if you add up all of the sleeper sofas as well.

The main floor consisted of a large master's suite (king) with a walk-in shower and a large jetted tub, and the two other bedrooms (king & queen) had their own full baths as well. A spacious living room, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen provided plenty of space for meals and entertainment. A half bath was available for quick potty breaks.
