My wife and I wanted to get away for our wedding anniversary, and we chose the Cabins at Country Road based on all the positive reviews. Our expectations were very high, and as soon as we arrived, we discovered they were justified. The grounds are beautiful! For a place right on the main road, the cabins somehow manage to feel... If you need some "down" time to completely rest and unwind then look no further! Our year has been "one of those years" with lots of stress and changes. My husband surprised me with a get away here this summer. Once I walked through the entry gates I felt the stress and anxious feelings start to drop off at the... More

I took my partner to the Cabins for a short weekend to the mountains. I did not want to go too far to places like Vail or Breckenridge, so I opted to stay closer in Evergreen. The cabins are amazing. I have stayed in five star hotels all over the world and highly rated inns. The cabins are superb. Sheri,... More

Some of the cabins are full houses, each one unique with its special touches and decorated with Sheri's masterful creativity--a rake to hold up wine glasses! Each cabin has everything you need and they'll run out and buy something should it not. Spotlessly clean, wonderful beds and linens. Mark and Sheri creatively adjusted to some special needs of ours, going... More

A beautiful place for a peaceful retreat from whatever you want to escape from. We loved the grounds, the animal life all around and the sounds of the lovely creek. A few cons come with the many pros, cons first so I can end with the wonderful pros. Cons: It's listed as a Bed and Breakfast, which is essentially true,... More

I stumbled upon Cabins at the Country Road when the B&B up the road was full for the dates I was looking to reserve. So lucky that happened. It was a wonderful 4 days. The owners were so hospitable and the grounds are wonderful. We stayed in the "Chicken Coop" cabin and was afforded every luxury you could want. Every... More

This was a great place to stay while seeing our show at Red Rocks Amphitheater. The cabin was so cute and had a private outdoor hot tub, a semi-private deck on stream. The restaurant had a FANTASTIC breakfast that was included. So romantic. This is an excellent choice for a couple or group of adults. The cabin has lots of... More

The owners of Cabins at Country Road did an excellent job at making the Bootlegger's Barn comfortable and memorable - from the whiskey barrel fence and old photos on the walls, to the amazing shower and well-appointed kitchenette. The private hot tub offered a great way to unwind after a busy day of play in the Colorado mountains. We loved... More

Whenever we travel on vacation we try to find unique and special places for the family. We discovered The Cabins at Country Road via this site and others, and we are thrilled that we did. The cabins are a short drive from Denver on Colorado Highway 74, situated between Kittredge and Evergreen. They are hidden from the road behind the... More

We loved our stay at The Cabins at Country Road. Our family of 6 has two teens and two very small children, and everyone was happy. The Huckleberry House was so charming- a beautiful western decor, log-cabin style, but with all the modern amenities. There is even a hot tub and sauna for guest use (shared with the other cabin)....
