This was the second time I had cancelled a Best Western booking on the night of arrival, due to terrible accommodations and poor customer service and went to a Hampton Inn instead. As a pretty fussy person, I was very happy with the Fort Collins Hampton Inn. It was in a nice location and, most important, it was immaculately clean. The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve experienced. The very friendly staff was eager to be helpful. The bedding was real nice, bed made up with big pillows, extra soft comfy sheets. beds were comfortable enough, but more firm than soft, they added a thick mattress pad that made it softer. We were in a different hotel almost every night for two weeks and this was our favorite. This was the only hotel that had both a micro wave and a refridgerator in the room. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large. It shares a parking lot with a Quiznos and a pizza place. The free breakfast was good.... more

I typically like Hampton Inns. This one - was about the worst I have stayed in (which does not mean it is terrible.) the worst is the rooms face the parking lot and you have to be careful noone sees you naked outside in your own room. I rely on getting a good night's sleep when I stay at a hotel, that is mainly the purpose of my stays. The walls seemed paper-thin. Good Day All, I stayed at the Hampton Inn Ft Collins 22/23JUL. My room was very nice. Comfortable bed !!! I had very good service from the time I checked in until I checked out.
