We did an in-house exchange and we can't say enough about the Pinnacle Lodge and it's staff. Everyone from management to housekeeping was great, they make you feel like family instead of a vistor. They were very accommodating and well informed. Gave great tips on places to eat and things to see. Views were spectacular. We would recommend Pinnacle Lodge... more

We made a timeshare exchange for this location to visit the Rocky Mtn Natl Park. We were pleased with the many attractions that were close within 30 minutes drive of the Lodge. We stayed in a kitchenette suite. The downfall was that there was no dishwasher and it had a very small single sink. The rooms we were very clean... more

This property became part of Silverleaf Resorts in late 2006, so please consider this when reading various reviews. I stayed here in January 2007 and it was excellent. I have stayed at more expensive places where the decor was nicer; however, the Pinnacle Lodge was very warm and accommodating. The staff was superb!!! They were very attentive and met our... more

I loved it! My husband and I came with my mother-in-law and her two dogs. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The ajoining rooms were perfect so we could visit but also have the option to shut the door and have some privacy when needed. The fridge and microwave were a nice plus as well as the breakfast. We... more

We stayed here because there was nothing else available in the Winter Park ski area, poor planning on our part is all. However, the room was nice, bed was comfortable, large room, with extras. We had our food delivered, so we didn't have to go out. Staff was very nice and helpful considering our predicament. Breakfast was mostly carbs, which... more

Pro's: Make your own waffles in lobby, extra lotions to combat dry skin. Con's: towels were slightly damp, shower leaked onto bathroom floor, bed was too soft, view was of busy street and parking lot. more

We've stayed here a few times when overnighting for skiing from the Boullder area. Rooms always ok and never any significant problems. Breakfast is ok, not stellar (with orange water masquerading as OJ as the worst problem). All in all though a good experience. more

My family stayed here for Spring Break. We had a very pleasant experience! The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was yummy. The staff was helpful. I was able to check my emails on their computer in the lobby. The laundry room was convenient also. The price couldn't be beat. My only gripe - the noise level from all the high... more

I was very worried to stay here after reading some of the reviews, but our stay here was very pleasant. The rooms were updated and extremely clean. The breakfast was good, too. For the accomodations you get and the price you pay, this place is a bargain. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was handy; and I loved... more

My family and my father were going to stay at the hotel for one night. My father became ill and had to be taken to a hospital in Granby. We had to cancel the reservation and get my father to a lower altitude. I explained the situation to both desk clerks the morning before our scheduled stay. They refused to... more
