Other descriptions of the Woods Inn are accurate. Large, funky rooms, decorated with random art. Our was clean (though not ready at 3:30 - 4:00 is check in time). Plenty of hot water in the shower. We stayed in the Venetian room at the Woods Inn Aug.15 - 17, 2007 and had a fantastic time. The room which was huge, very clean, plenty of thick towels and even 2 bathrobes to use. Close to everything in town and would recommend staying at the Woods Inn. Can't wait to come again. more

Spent three nights in Sep 05. Website looked great. Neither sink nor tub drain worked, and the owner did not fix it. There was A LOT of mostly minor deferred maintenance which gave the place a very worn look. Breakfast was good for the price ($5), but you share a table w/bench seating. We stayed one night in January 2004. Room was freezing cold, and wouldn't warm up. I got food poisening that night, and was sick.
