We recently spent the day at Snow Mountain Ranch tubing, ice skating. We also took the hot chocolate sleigh ride offered through the stables. Snow Mountain Ranch is operated by the YMCA and offers simple affordable options. It is incredibly family friendly and my kids always have fun. It is not, however a high end ski resort.
