I stayed here for two nights.The room was clean and bed was very comfortable.The breakfast was average.Front desk was very friendly and accomadating,Walking distance to downtown and many retaurants.I would stay here again.

the rooms were not up to our standards .ie were not cleaned very well.carpet was dirty sheets were thread barren .we were told by the desk clerk that the second floor rooms were possibly cleaner than the first floor.breakfast was very slim ,coffee was the only part that was not bad.

This Rodway Inn is right in downtown and is within walking distance to mesa mall,good restaurants and burger king.The bed was very comfortable ,room was clean.breakfast was average nothing great ,keeps you going.Would definitely stay here again.

This is well located near downtown. We found the management friendly on check-in and check-out and willing to give us local information and directions.
