Nice clean room, comfortable beds. The room we were in was on the ground floor, right behind the employee's lounge and vending machines, and although there was no traffic noise, we did get disturbed a bit from employees using the lounge and the hum of the vending machines – if you're a heavy sleeper this probably wouldn't worry you. Well positioned at the end of the main street. Small reception area used for the FREE breakfast. Rooms OK but for the only time in USA not very clean. Breakfast good considering there was no additional charge. No restaurant - eat out at the micro brewery in main street. Good pub fare and quick (very/too) service. more

Quality standard of Hilton: large, clean modern room and large size beds, with nice clean bathroom. Nice breakffast both hot and cold food, with fresh cut fruits (pineapple, melon, grapes vs often banana or apple). Heard guest mentioning "best breakfast ever in a hotel". The Hampton in Grand Junction, Co. is an excellent hotel although the price is a little steep. Clean accomodations, comfotable bedding, attentive hotel staff and located in the center of town. The town however closes by 6:00 p.m. and only 2 or 3 restaurants are available during early evening hours. The only suggestion is to have the computer located in... more

I like the Hampton chain and this one provides the comfortable room that I've come to expect with Hampton Inns. However, it is located between a downtown conference center and another hotel, so the layout was not as convenient as usual. Parking is free, if you can find it. All parking is in a rear lot, shared with other businesses.... more

The clerk at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and nicely appointed with a beautiful desk which worked great for computer work. The tv was not a flat screen but it worked nicely. The beds were comfortable with a couple different choices for pillows (either soft or firm). We missed breakfast but it looked... more

Very nice hotel, easy to get to, easy to park. Great room with comfy bed. The night we were there downtown had its first farmers market, fun to walk thru. Shopping mall, Sam's club for gas, restaurants a couple of miles away, but we enjoyed exploring the town. Breakfast was very good, great coffee - unusal to find dark roast... more
