“RATS, hair in bed, owner is thief and liar...BEWARE”

Arrived at home around 9PM...too late to find another location. Left at 5:30am after filing complaint through AMEX. Rat droppings on floor, rats scratching ceiling tile all night, over head of bed. Hair in beds and on pillows. "Big screen TV" advertised about was older than me and did not turn on. Sleeps 12-18 we were told. YES...if you like... More

We were dissapointed with this house. It is advertised as a 4BR place, but in reality there is 1 large master bedroom, one small loft room, one loft space with no doors and a communal room which sleeps 12. In order to get to the bathroom, everyone must walk through the large bedroom. Both loft rooms are in the eves... More
