We stayed two nights at Coyote Ridge and found it very comfortable for our needs. Kathy, the innkeeper, is friendly and accommodating. Breakfasts are delicious, with good conversation around the table. The views from the property are outstanding, and travelers will have easy access both to Rocky Mountain National Park and the outlying trails and other regional attractions. more

Very nice B&B. Rooms very comfortable, great hostess. Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. Really needs to add high speed internet to attract those visitors who want to stay connected. more

Lovely A-frame home, conveniently located, friendly owner, comfortable room and good breakfast. We stayed in the Lincoln room which overlooks Lake Granby. We stayed with Kathy in April 2007 and had a fantastic time! We were traveling cross country with 3 adults and a baby. Kathy went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Quiet location with views over the lake. Good size rooms with gas fire. Sitting area in room but without television, but there is a communal room downstairs with a television for those with withdrawal symptoms. Nice breakfast.
