Stayed here for 3 nights in May attending a convention co-located within the hotel. No issues. Room was clean and pleasant. Plenty of hot water so that prior reported problem seems to be resolved. Near restaurants within walking distance. more

We had a large group go to Greeley for the state bowling tournament. I had booked our rooms a month of more in advance and after reading the reviews I was worried about our rooms. But I must say the staff was first class our rooms were perfect !!!! I will stay again. more

This is now a Clarion Hotel. Nothing has changed, there is no hot water. This hotel is supposedly renovated and under new management. The rooms and furniture do seem to be updated and do look nice. However when you go to stay in them, they do not function well. There is minimal lighting, not many outlets, none to minimal internet... more

Newly remodeled rooms are nicely decorated, but the hotel is severely understaffed, and the management is unapologetic. Expect long waits for food in the hotel restaurant. Also expect to deal with myriad minor inconveniences, such as no hot water for your shower, no ice in the ice machine, light bulbs that keep going out, and warm refrigerators. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. My room was dirty and there was a dirty tissue on my bed...The bed itself was stained with urine. Lounge and restaurant advertized but were both not available due to restorations. When we checked on amenities, we were told that the lounge and restaurant were available. No compensation was provided. Two light bulbs were missing in the room. One lamp was unplugged and the electrical plug was behind the back of the mattress. Just got back home from this motel. First night, took ice bucket back to from desk it was so gross, clerk gave me a plastic bag. This hotel has lost its Best Western flag. The restaurant is closed. The lounge is closed. Still problems with hot water. There is a train in very close proximity which blows its whistle 4 times a night between 10 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. You can clearly hear when your neighbors turn on their showers.
