I booked a room at the Keystone resort, asking for a non-smoking room, as part of a conference I was attending. The room I was assigned was at slopeside, and it had a strong cigarette smell. When I complained about the smell, the front desk had a service man take me to see about 10 additional rooms at slopeside, all had the same problem - they smelled like an ashtray. The service guy actually admitted that many people smoke in the rooms and then they charge them a cleaning fee, and spray the room with a strong lemony smell. Rooms are very old and have not been updated for many years.

Customer service was very bad, and I spent 3 hours before I managed to get a room at a different lodge in Keystone. Manager at front desk was very rude. I will never book in keystone again.
