We've stayed here twice and the rooms given are really luck of the draw. Internet service sketchy. Restaurants and little grocery store and extremely expensive. Take out pizza for four was over $60. Box of cereal in store $7. Biggest problem was the pool--disgusting glop hanging out under the waterfall made me want to throw up. Of course we did... more

I booked the river run lodging for our family over the Christmas holiday. We were first booked into a different condo, and when I went up there to see them first hand, I was told they were not very nice places. Therefore I upgraded to the nicest ones I could get. This was through Mountain Accommodations for Keystone Resort. When... more

My family stayed at the Jackpine condo -8024 - on the top floor over looking the mountains and river. Was so peaceful. Can't wait to ski from there as the gondola is only about 50 yards from the unit. It is right on the main street, so easy walk to restaurants, shops, and bus line. Loved all the new improvements,... more

This was 6th spring break to ski Keystone. This year we decided to stay in the Village - Red Hawk Condos. To say they were a dissapointment would be putting it mildly. The description of the unit was very misleading - indicated 6-7. We are a family of 5 and were on top of each other the entire time. You... more

Because we love skiing at Keystone, we booked a one-bedroom condo in the Arapaho Lodge at River Run. The location is very convenient to the River Run gondola, and the indoor parking is excellent. Unfortunately, just about everything else was a disappointment. Because our room faced onto the main "village" area, it was noisy every night. The mattress in the... more

I stayed at the River Run Condominiums with my husband and a friend in January 2007. This was our second trip to both Keystone and River Run Condominiums. On this trip, we were in a 2-bedroom condo at Red Hawk Lodge. The positives: - Reservations staff was very helpful when our entire trip had to get pushed back a day... more

We stayed in a one bedroom unit in the Arapahoe Lodge and loved it. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and seemed to have plenty of room with the fold out couch. I would guess the room to be around 700 sq feet, which was plenty for us because we were skiing most of the time. The housekeeping service... more

I stayed at the Red Hawk condos at River Run last week in a one-bedroom, two bathroom suite. The accomodations were almost perfect. It was spacious, well decorated, had a small but nice balcony with a view of the gondola, and was a 2 minute walk into the main "village" area. The only thing that would have made the room... more

The 2 bedroom unit is cramped. Master bedroom has room for kingsized bed and little else. Living room could not fit the folded out sofa bed without putting furniture outside on the balcony. A gruelling 1/4 mile walk to nearest chairlift. A second elevator closer to the chairlift would be nice for walking 1/4 mile with ski boots on. Front... more
