We stayed in a one bedroom unit in the Arapahoe Lodge and loved it. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and seemed to have plenty of room with the fold out couch. The 2 bedroom unit is cramped. Master bedroom has room for kingsized bed and little else. Living room could not fit the folded out sofa bed without putting furniture outside on the balcony.
