As the condos & townhomes around Keystone Lodge are privately owned and put into Keystone's rental pool, they can be GREAT or dated and not up to speed, it all depends on the owner of the unit. You might ask if the unit you are looking at is "gold" or "silver" rated and the reservations agent can explain that to... more

I've been at the Keystone Resort and Spa before. It has decent rooms, excellent service and a courteous and knowledgeable staff. But the fact is, it's been created with skiers in mind, not business people. I was here for a business conference. I stayed in the Lakeside Condos. Here are my gripes: - You have to go up a half... more

The reviews here are accurate. The place consists of the main lodge and a mix of condo-like units. It's clean and generally tasteful, in a Holiday Inn kind of way. It's by no means a luxury resort, but it's not a Motel Six either. My room in the main lodge was spacious and tasteful. I stayed here in the summer,... more

My wife and I were so looking forward to our stay at Keystone Lodge and Spa. It must have been a very nice place in the past. Check-in was fine. We had trouble finding our room as our building was inadequately marked. It took awhile to figure out a weird combination of commands to get the elevator to work. Views... more

The only drawback to this place is that it took so long to get here from the airport. But we booked a very efficient shuttle service "Colorado Mountain Express" which picked us up and took us right to the doorstep of the Resort. Anywho, now for the resort itself. The place is one of the most environment friendly resorts I... more

I stayed here recently to attend a conference at the convention center across the street. The room was spacious and that bathroom was clean. The beds were comfortable and helped me sleep. I had ample sunlight in my room. There's a parking lot across the street. It's free if you park your car yourself. There is valet service. The staffs... more

Came here with a large group. Would rate the experience well above average. Room was very large and comfortable. Very good facilities. Wifi in rooms worked very well. On the downside, service, while firendly, was not always very competent. Restaurant was rather expensive as well. But, as a whole, would recommend this experience and Keystone. more

I hope the manager reads this review. This hotel is really decent even though aging. (see below). The main issue is the staff. Those young employees they hired are extremely unfriendly and rude. The girls at the Spa are especially rude and unpleasant. They answer your questions with disdain and rudeness. The hostess at the lounge/steakhouse lacks the basic manners.... more

We were originally booked at the Inn at Keystone. After unloading the car, we were informed that we were being moved to the Lodge and Spa since the Inn was overbooked. We packed the car back up and drove to the Lodge and Spa only to learn that our room would not be available until 6:30 PM. The room was... more
