We had stayed at this motel serveral times, while visiting family in Lamar. There is a huge improvement with the new ownership/management team.

The staff was very helpful and polite when the reservation was made and we received this same service upon arrival. The facility has been repainted and the lower level has been updated and they're starting on the upper level the week of 10/21/2008. The room was clean and there were no surprises. Their "Lite Breakfast" was very adequate and the area was clean. Would highly recommend this motel!! more

This hotel is about 10 years old, but it is clean and nice. The staff was friendly and the area was quiet. Couldn't ask for much more!
