This is a great little two bedroom cottage just a couple of blocks from the business district. We stayed several nights in late winter/early spring. The garage was a nice feature. When it snowed, we just loaded our gear in the car, opened the garage door and headed off to ski without having to sweep off the snow and defrost our windshield. Cooper, Copper and Vail are easy drives, and the other Summit County resorts are reasonably close as well. Buena Vista is about a half-hour away. If you are staying in the summer, Leadville is abound with incredible hiking, climbing, rafting and other outdoor activities. This cottage, while certainly not the Ritz, is very clean and comfortable and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It had everything we needed, including washer and dryer, coffee maker, full kitchen, dishwasher, etc., and of course towels, bathroom supplies and bedding.
