I had a reservation for this hotel and when I saw it in person I nearly fainted. This hotel looked horrible! I walked into the front desk wanting to cancel the reservation and the foreign man (the owner) with a long beard told me that I could not cancel without being charged. The hotel policy stated 6pm same day cancellation... more

The hotel was just OK. The sink area was right next to the outside door so it made using the sink awkward and there was very little counter space to put things on. The outside door (which should be just for guests) to the hotel was broken so anyone could walk through the hotel without going past the front desk.... more

When we arrived, our first requested room was not available. We ended up with a smaller room instead. The entire hotel smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. We were not able to stay. The smell was just too strong. We found another, much nicer place for only $5 more a few miles away. Trying to get a refund, was a... more
